Service is provided for individuals who only need LACTS support and documentation establishment and support for their INITIAL RF2 application.This service also includes onsite visits and Floor Plans ( non occupancy permit)
3 in person visit-
Initial meeting (Set up within 2 business days of full payment)
Two site visits:
1st- measurements/ walkthrough
2nd- Final support before survey
*License being awarded is at the sole discretion of surveyor assigned by the state *Consult does not guarantee License will be awarded
Fees associated with independent inspections and other necessary documentation procured by a third party are not included in fee, and will paid direct to said vendor.
